- What is Xapsys's Working Process for Their Clients?

We aim to provide a dedicated service to our customers to determine each customer’s requirements. Following an enquiry, we will often begin with an initial demonstration either via an online meeting or face-to-face. Following this meeting, we would discuss individual pain points and goals in order to ascertain whether any tailored functionality is required and provide a proposal. On agreement, any developments will be scheduled and an installation date agreed upon. Once installed and integrated there will be a brief initial testing period before a full launch within the client’s business.
