- How do move from one CRM to another?

Xapsys will do all of the leg work for you! We will transfer all of your data and handle all of the nitty gritty free of charge to get you set up. All you need to do is give us the go ahead and cancel with your previous CRM provider if you had one.
- How do I transfer historical data to Xapsys?

Xapsys will export the historical data from your ERP and existing system. We will back it up and upload to Xapsys before carrying out thorough checks to ensure you don’t lose any data.
- How can ERP be improved?

Whilst essential to the finance and operations of your business systems such as Sage 50, Sage 200, Xero, Quickbooks and others are accounting packages at heart. This can make them a little cumbersome when planning workflow, managing sales and accessing static data.

- How can I reduce the costs of my ERP?

Xapsys features remove the need for most sales and production staff to have access to your accounts package and our cheaper seats could therefore save you money on licence seats.

- How do I export data from ERP to Excel?

Reporting with in an ERP system is built in. ERP systems allow you to build custom reports which can then be taken as a snapshot showing the data at that particular moment in time. These snapshots can be saved as a csv. file to be viewed and manipulated within Excel.
Xapsys improves upon this by giving you access to live, fluid reports ensuring you have access whenever you want it. The important data you use to make decisions therefore isn’t out of date by the time your next meeting comes around.
- How do I manage supplier performance?

Xapsys contains an automatic supplier evaluation and performance feature which can be customised to monitor which elements you wish to asses. Xapsys automatically records data within CRM including ‘on time delivery’ performance, Non-conformance levels, and credit status. It can even send out auto notifications or Re-evaluation forms when a supplier’s performance drops below a certain standard.
- How do we manage quality?

Xapsys contains various features that can automatically document and notify you of quality issues making your quality processes and quality data much easier to manage and improve upon. Xapsys can log non-conformances, production data, supplier performance and even calibration data. It can also pro-actively notify you of quality issues or deadlines ensuring you don’t miss anything.
