Track email, appointment and tasks
- Booking appointments – create a new appointment in either Xapsys CRM or Outlook and it will fill in your calendar in both applications.
- Organize Tasks – creating a new task automatically adds a reminder in Outlook or onscreen notification in Xapsys CRM.
- Email Client Integration – clicking “File Email” in Outlook will automatically attach the message(s) to the “activity” tab for the opportunity in your CRM.
- Share documents – attach documents from the “files” tab in Xapsys CRM to emails sent from Outlook.
